He did not receive the same information that I had received from Dish re the installation. He was very patient with me and we called Dish and talked to Emily in the Loyalty Department. He was able to change the equipment needed for the installation based on her approval. I had an issue with cords on the side of the house from a previous installer from Dish that was very ugly. He neatened that up. In these days of dismal quality service, he is a breath of fresh air. His people skills are top notch. He provided top notch service. You are very fortunate to have him as one of your technicians!"
